Williams Institute of Texas is a growing healthcare training school dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in healthcare. We are currently seeking qualified, passionate instructors to join our instructional team as part-time and contract educators.

Now Hiring Instructors For:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN)
• Medical Assistant/Medical Adminstrative  (MA)
• Phlebotomy
• Dental Assistant
• Veterinary Assistant
• CPR / BLS (AHA )

Instructor Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
• Teach approved curriculum aligned with Texas workforce standards
• Supervise skills labs and perform competency evaluations
• Prepare students for certification and state exams
• Maintain accurate attendance, skills, and student records
• Model professionalism, safety, and ethical healthcare practices

Qualifications:

• Active Texas license or certification in your field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Prior teaching, training, or precepting experience a plus
• CPR/BLS Instructor candidates must hold an active instructor credential
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to student success and workforce readiness
