Class Format
Begin your enrollment with Williams Institute of Texas by completing the online enrollment form. A non-refundable enrollment deposit is required and applied 100% toward your total tuition.
Once accepted, students complete enrollment, select a start date, and finalize tuition or payment arrangements. Williams Institute of Texas provides required program materials directly to students. No textbooks are required at this time; this is subject to change. Limited class sizes support a focused learning experience.
Begin your Dental Assistant coursework through our 100% online learning platform. All theory-based instruction — including clinical concepts, medical office procedures, and healthcare communication — is completed fully online and does not include clinical hours.
As students progress through online education, Williams Institute of Texas coordinates clinical placement opportunities through partnered medical offices and healthcare facilities. Clinical hours are completed separately from online coursework.
Students complete required clinical hours at an approved partner site to gain real-world, hands-on experience. Clinical placements are coordinated based on availability and location.
After successfully completing online education and clinical hours, students graduate from the program and may be eligible to apply for national certification exams, including:
