CPR Training at Williams Institute of Texas

Williams Institute of Texas offers American Heart Association (AHA)–aligned CPR certification for both healthcare professionals and the general public. Classes are available for new certifications and renewals and include online training with an in-person skills session.

Course Options

BLS (Basic Life Support)

For healthcare professionals and students, including CNAs, nurses, medical assistants, EMTs, and allied health students.

Heartsaver CPR/AED

For non-healthcare professionals such as childcare providers, teachers, coaches, security staff, and the general public.

How the CPR Class Works

This is a blended learning course with two required parts:

1. Online Course (Required)

Students complete the online portion through the American Heart Association website.

• Cost paid directly to AHA: $37

• Course must be completed in full

• Completion certificate must be emailed to info@williamsinstitutetx.org

2. In-Person Skills Session

After we receive your certificate, you will be sent a scheduling link for hands-on skills training.

• Remaining balance due at skills session: $45

• Accepted payments: Cash, Venmo, Square, PayPal

Once skills are completed and payment is received, your CPR card will be processed and emailed.

Pricing

Total CPR Certification Fee (New or Renewal): $85

• $37 paid to AHA (online portion)

• $45 paid to Williams Institute of Texas (skills session)

Class Schedule

CPR skills sessions are offered:

• Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Classes scheduled outside these hours are $100 per class.

Refund & Attendance Policy

All CPR fees are non-refundable. AHA online course fees are non-refundable. Missed sessions require a $25 inconvenience fee to reschedule.
